We offer training programs of varying intensities for all levels of runners. Each athlete is encouraged to attend each practice, but we understand that a relaxed environment which allows for differing levels of commitment is the best way to develop beginning runners.
Our tentative practice schedule is below. We will post updates and cancellations on the news section of this web site. We will practice in bad weather. We will not practice in lightning storms.
Practices begin on Saturday, March 24th and run through Wednesday , June 20th. We will not hold practices during the RPS April vacation, April 7th – 14th. Practice times are as follows:
- Wednesday: 4:30 – 5:30
- Saturday: 8:00 – 9:00
